Salmon tortilla’s

source of good fats, good carbs and protein

Ingredients (3 servings):
6 self made whole wheat/grain tortilla’s (see our easy basic recipe ‘tortilla’s’)
300 g – 3 cups smoked salmon
100 g – 1/2 low fat herb & garlic cream cheese
1 onion chopped
50 g – 1 cup rocket (arugula)

Take a tortilla and spread with low fat herb & garlic cream cheese
Put some smoked salmon on the tortilla
Sprinkle some chopped onion on the smoked salmon
Put some rocket (arugula) on top
Place a second tortilla on this and cut in to 4 pieces
You can place two pieces on top of each other  (see photo)
