- 60g Oats
- 30g Almond Paste or Almond Butter
- 40g Low Fat Milk
- 45g Myprotein Chocolate Impact Whey Protein Powder
- 5g Cocoa Powder
- Almond Shavings
- Put everething except the almond shavings into a bowl.
- Mix thouroughly with your hands.
- Take some of the mix and make a ‘little cake’ (4 servings).
- Roll these in the almond shavings.
