Ingredients (4 servings):
400 g – 2 cups chicken breast
80 g – 1/2 cup nuts (mix)
3 bell peppers (I used 1 red, 1 green 1 orange)
1 lettuce (I uses Iceberg lettuce)
2 chicory (witlof)
spices (I used fresh black pepper and salt, but you can use the spices you like)
1. Heat up a grill pan over medium heat.
2. Grill the chicken breast
3. Cut the grilled chicken breast into pieces
4. Wash/ clean the vegetables and cut them lengthwise
5. Put the vegetables, nuts and pieces grilled chicken breast and spices together in a large mixing bowl and mix thouroughly.
You can use any vegetables you want, this won’t affect the nutritional value a lot
